Abstract: Student centeredness is an important trend in the reform of undergraduate education and the development of higher education worldwide. In the context of the new agricultural science, this article explores the teaching reform practice of the fisheries ecology and environment investigation internship course, practicing the educational concept of“student-centered”. Based on an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the course, specific reform measures are proposed from three aspects: teaching objectives, teaching content, and teaching evaluation. A“student-centered”implementation plan for the teaching reform of the fisheries ecology and environment investigation internship course is formed to meet the needs of different students, cultivate their innovative thinking, improve their comprehensive and practical innovation abilities, stimulate their awareness of protecting marine fishery resources and ecological environment, and enable students to establish the sustainable development concept of“green mountains and clear waters are as valuable as mountains of gold and silver”in practice.
