Difficulties and Solutions of Project Based Teaching in Financial Management Courses

Abstract: In today's rapidly changing era, financial management education faces the challenge of cultivating students' practical operational skills to solve complex financial problems. Project based learning is an innovative teaching method that can inspire and empower students, and has been widely applied in university classrooms in recent years. The advantage of enabling students to solve real problems and learn knowledge and skills has been widely applied in financial management teaching. However, there are still some difficulties in the implementation of project-based teaching in financial management. This article aims to explore these difficulties, analyze their causes, and propose strategies to broaden the sources of obtaining real projects, design semi real projects with driving issues, enhance teacher abilities, promote student active learning and innovative thinking, and provide new ideas for the in-depth development of project-based teaching in financial management courses.
