Research on Innovative Teaching of Art and Design Curriculum under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract: Art and design is a highly comprehensive discipline. In teaching activities, if teachers want to substantially improve teaching quality and efficiency, they need to adopt targeted methods to stimulate students'innovative thinking and broaden their knowledge horizons. In the context of rural revitalization, various local cultural and artistic elements are rich in regional culture and humanistic spirit. Combining these elements closely with art and design teaching will significantly enhance teaching effectiveness. This article focuses on elucidating the key role of integrating cultural elements of rural revitalization with art and design teaching. From multiple dimensions such as cultivating innovative awareness, teaching content structure, to teaching practice, in-depth research is conducted on how to appropriately integrate the theme of rural revitalization into the teaching strategies of art and design courses. We hope to explore and practice this type of teaching, promote the adherence and promotion of traditional rural culture in art and design education, and strive to promote the deep expansion and continuous innovative development of art and design teaching in the field of rural revitalization.
