Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges is closely related to employment guidance and career planning. This article explores the principles, goals, and paths of the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system in vocational colleges from the perspective of employment orientation. The curriculum system includes four modules: general courses on innovation and entrepreneurship, professional courses on innovation and entrepreneurship, practical courses on innovation and entrepreneurship, and courses on career planning and employment guidance, and incorporates elements of ideological and political education; With the aim of promoting students'comprehensive development, highlighting practicality and applicability, emphasizing personalized development, improving students’innovation and entrepreneurship abilities, and meeting their career planning needs.
