Study on Employment Competence Evaluation of International Trade Major Students in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

Abstract: Through the investigation of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Zhejiang, the employment competency evaluation index system of international trade major students in higher vocational colleges is constructed, and AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the employment competency of international trade major students.The results show that the employment competency of international trade students in Zhejiang higher vocational colleges (60.4062) is at an average level and needs to be further improved. Based on this, the paper puts forward some suggestions that higher vocational colleges should improve the innovation mechanism of the integration of production and education, foreign trade enterprises should actively provide employment platforms for international trade students in higher vocational colleges, and international trade students should change their employment concepts to enhance their employment competitiveness in an all-round way.
