Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Training Path for Infant and Child Care Majors in Vocational Colleges under the Background of “Childhood Education”

Abstract: With the rapid development of society and changes in family structure,“childhood education”has become a focus of social attention. Vocational colleges, as the bsse for cultivating professional skilled talents, play an important role in the education of infant and toddler care. Therefore, this article provides an in-depth analysis of the current situation of infant and toddler care professional training in vocational colleges, and proposes corresponding optimization strategies to address the existing problems. By clarifying the professional positioning, improving the curriculum system, emphasizing the integration of industry and education, and building a teaching staff, the aim is to provide references for the healthy development and talent cultivation of this major.
