Research on the Reform of Blended Teaching Mode Based on OBE Concept—Case Study of College English Courses

Abstract: The OBE-oriented online and offline mixed teaching mode has the characteristics of paying attention to students' needs, focusing on ability cultivation and clear learning goals. The mixed teaching mode based on the OBE concept is implemented in college English courses, which requires teachers to flexibly use online and offline teaching methods in pre-class preview, in-class teaching and after-class consolidation, so as to enhance teacher-student interaction, create efficient classes and enhance students’English application ability. At the same time, the evaluation method is innovated, and the teaching quality is improved and the overall development of students is promoted.
