    As one of the talent training bases in China, the main task of higher vocational colleges is to provide excellent talents with professional skills for the country. In the process of personnel training in higher vocational colleges, we should pay special attention to strengthen the ideological guidance of students and establish a perfect ideological and political teaching system. We should take moral education as the fundamental task and purpose, pay attention to the reform of ideological and political education, change the original ideological and political curriculum into curriculum ideological and political education, expand the coverage of ideological and political education, and strengthen the ideological and political education in Higher Vocational Colleges from a new perspective. We should strengthen the construction of personnel training and improve the comprehensive education system. This paper analyzes the value connotation of ideological and political construction, finds out the limitations of the original ideological and political course, explores the new mode of talent cultivation suitable for higher vocational colleges, provides new ideas for the ideological and political teaching reform, and helps higher vocational colleges participate in the ideological and political teaching of collaborative education.

    The evaluation of teaching quality in colleges and universities is of great significance to the cultivation of talents, the improvement of teaching quality and the management of teaching. Through the analysis of domestic literature on the evaluation of teaching quality in colleges and universities, it is found that although scholars have different expressions on the problems, they sum up the problems in four aspects, including the problems of evaluation concept, evaluation subject, evaluation index and management of the evaluation process. On the basis of summarizing previous researches, this paper finds that there are still more theoretical researches than empirical researches. There are many universal problems but few specific ones. There are many studies on internal evaluation and few on external evaluation, and we try to explore the direction of further research in the future.

    Innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities is an important engine driven by national innovation and entrepreneurship strategy, and is the foundation to promote the sustainable implementation of the strategy. Taking the United States, Europe and Japan as examples, this paper makes an in-depth analysis and research on their innovation and entrepreneurship education by means of literature research and classic case study. This paper systematically discusses the experience and theory of international first-class universities in innovation and entrepreneurship education, and further summarizes the advantages of innovation and entrepreneurship education.     To explore the effects of smart campus platform applied in the teaching of curriculum the information literacy. Students majoring in human resources management of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University were selected as the research objects and divided into experimental group and control group. In the process of teaching, the experimental group adopted the intelligent teaching mode of situational simulation, multiple interaction and feedback by relying on the smart campus platform, while the control group adopted traditional teaching method, and teaching effect of the two groups was compared by questionnaires and training results. The results show that the smart teaching mode is more efficient than the traditional teaching method in improving students' information retrieval capabilities, information management capabilities and information application capabilities,and overall improving students 'information literacy.

    In this paper, PBLT is applied to the teaching reform and practice of the course of Biological Resources in local application-oriented universities. The teaching activities are carried out successively through a complete practical project. The implementation process includes six links, such as real simulation, operation demonstration, independent exploration, project determination and project implementation. Project-based teaching method can overcome the disadvantages of traditional teaching method, so as to realize the goal of students' independent learning and cultivate innovative practical ability. Through the concrete application of PBLT in this course and the case of construction, the actual teaching effect obtained after adopting this teaching method is deeply analyzed.
