Discussion on the Feasibility of Extension Training in Public Physical Education in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

Abstract: This paper takes the extension training course as the research object, and studies the feasibility of carrying out the extension training course in the public physical education in colleges and universities by taking the students from 6 colleges and universities in Beijing as the research objects and adopting various methods such as random interview and expert interview. It further analyzes the value of extension training course, the effective way of course construction and the feasibility of setting up in the public physical education course in colleges and universities.
