Innovative Design Research of Blended Teaching based on Project-Based Learning and Performance Assessment——Take the SPOC Course of "Ergonomics" as an Example

Abstract: In the context of the Internet, traditional teaching models are facing more and more challenges. Taking students as the center, promoting students' independent learning and stimulating students' enthusiasm for learning is the key to teaching reform. This case will be based on blended teaching theory, project-based learning theory, and performance assessment theory. It will target the self-developed "ergonomics" MOOC teaching resources and the Chinese university MOOC platform, comprehensive use of flipped classroom teaching methods and projects drive teaching methods and carry out mixed teaching innovation. Practice shows that the teaching form effectively promotes the improvement of students' independent learning ability and innovative practice ability, and has important reference value for teaching reform.
