    This paper takes the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges as the research object, constructs an evaluation index system, and makes an empirical analysis to find the main influencing factors of the education effect based on questionnaire and factor analysis. The empirical results show that: the influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges can be divided into three factors, namely, the audience internal factor, the support factor, and the atmosphere factor. All of the three factors have a significant positive impact on the education effect of innovation and entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, the audience internal factor has the most significant impact on the effect than the other two. Stimulating and mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of the students is the most effective measure to improve the education effect of innovation and entrepreneurship.

    Taking Minjiang university as an example, this paper analyzes employability of graduates from joint cultivation program by investigating the employment situation of graduates from joint cultivation program and non-joint cultivation program. The investigation found that the number of graduates from joint cultivation program who chose to work for state-owned enterprises and government offices was significantly higher than that of graduates from non-joint cultivation program. Moreover, graduates from joint cultivation program are more enthusiastic about starting a business. Additionally, from the perspective of salary treatment and development potential, the graduates of joint cultivation program also have some advantages. However, the investigation also found some shortcomings of joint cultivation program and put forward some suggestions for improvement.

    In order to reduce the negative impact of students' failure to study in school, the online teaching practice of mineral processing machinery design foundation course in Inner Mongolia University of technology was carried out. In this course, a network teaching platform based on youmooc is designed to realize the micro video learning and in class homework detection of the course subjects. At the same time, the course adopts the QQ group classroom live broadcast mode, with students as the main body for online discussion, which further consolidates and internalizes the course content. The results of students' evaluation of teaching show that the hybrid online teaching mode of MOOC platform + live broadcast mode is more popular with students, and the teaching effect is good.

    From the perspective of positive psychology, this study explores which positive personality traits are intrinsically related to entrepreneurial intention. 353 college students from a university in Guizhou were investigated by using the Chinese version of big five personality scale, self-esteem scale and college students' entrepreneurial intention questionnaire. The results show that: the entrepreneurial intention of male students is significantly higher than that of female students, and that of science and engineering students is significantly higher than that of liberal arts students. Emotional stability, openness and extroversion are significantly positively correlated with entrepreneurial intention. Extroversion and openness enter the regression equation and positively predict entrepreneurial intention. Conclusion: cultivating the positive personality quality of college students is one of the important ways to improve the entrepreneurial intention of college students.

    The cultivation of maker mindset is the trend of the development of Internet of Things specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges in the future. In view of the current situation of the cultivation of the maker thinking of the students majoring in Internet of things in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward an educational mode of cultivating the creative thinking of the students majoring in Internet of Things in Higher Vocational Colleges by constructing an interest-oriented experimental platform of Aduino and Android. The benefits of developing Internet of Things applications using Arduino and App Inventor platforms are discussed. The effect of building the Internet of Things platform to cultivate students' maker mindset is introduced. Practice has proved that the establishment of the experimental platform is effective for higher vocational students to learn Internet of Things technology, especially to cultivate students' maker mindset.
