Abstract: With the continuous development of modern information technology, people's way of life, work and learning has undergone a major change. Electrical and electronic technology has been widely used in all walks of life, and the demand for talents in the field of electrical and electronic technology is also increasing. With the deepening of education reform, the traditional offline education classroom mode can no longer meet the needs of education informatization in the new era. Micro class, MOOC and other online education emerge as the times require, and hybrid teaching is gradually applied in the basic teaching of electrical and electronic technology. This paper analyzes the on-line and off-line hybrid teaching mode, analyzes the importance of online and offline hybrid teaching mode in the basic teaching of electrical and electronic technology. Aiming at the problems existing in the current teaching process of electrical and electronic technology, this paper proposes to adopt the on-line and off-line hybrid teaching mode of electrical and electronic technology foundation, so as to continuously improve the teaching quality of electrical and electronic technology.
