Mixed Teaching Design of Human Resources Curriculum under the Requirements of Ideological and Political Reform——Take the“Labor Law”Course as an Example

Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet plus information technology, more and more colleges and universities adopt the hybrid online and offline teaching mode. In the practice of education and teaching, we should take "cultivating morality and cultivating people" as the fundamental task of education. Therefore, how to integrate the "Ideological and political elements" into the mixed teaching of human resource management course, realize the whole process of education, and constantly improve the quality of personnel training in the course of mixed teaching, is also an important topic in front of Ideological and political teachers. This paper mainly takes "labor law" course as an example, sets the teaching ideological and political training objectives, fully excavates the ideological and political resources of professional courses, and formulates a set of feasible curriculum ideological and political mixed teaching mode by means of innovative teaching mode, combination of online and offline. This paper mainly from the curriculum objectives, curriculum effects, curriculum interaction, curriculum design and other dimensions, select the key indicators that affect the ideological and political blended teaching design of curriculum, in order to innovate the teaching effect evaluation mode.
