Practical Research on the Cultivation of Teachers' Ethics of Preschool Education Students based on the Integration of Production and Teaching——Take the Five-Year Students of H Vocational College as an Example

Abstract: Vocational colleges and kindergartens cooperate to cultivate the ethics of pre-school education students, which reflects the organic connection of education chain, talent chain and industrial chain. First, this article analyzes the practical connotation of the ethics training of preschool education majors that integrate production and education.Then concluded that the cultivation of teachers' ethics for pre-school education students with integration of production and education has three characteristics: dual subject, dynamic combination of multiple elements, connection of historical inheritance and timeliness. Finally, explores and summarizes the practice path of "one body, two wings and three supports".
