The Implementation and Thinking of Biology Classroom Teaching in Senior High School based on the Core Quality of Biology——Take the Safety of Genetically Modified Organisms as an Example

Abstract: The new curriculum reform is constantly advancing. The new curriculum standard requires that biology teaching in senior high school should take cultivating students' biological core literacy as the fundamental task, and scientific literacy has also become an essential quality for talents in the new era. The cultivation of biological core literacy can help students understand natural science correctly and improve their comprehensive quality comprehensively. Taking the "safety of Genetically modified organisms" as an example, this paper points out that the implementation design of biology teaching under the background of the new college entrance examination should aim at improving students' core literacy, and achieve the three-dimensional goals by elaborately creating real problem situations and putting the core literacy goals into classroom teaching.
