Entrepreneurs need to transform creative ideas into entrepreneurial actions through continuous learning. In recent years, entrepreneurial learning theory has shown its strong explanatory power to entrepreneurial behavior. Therefore, entrepreneurial learning has become a hot topic in entrepreneurial research. This paper first reviews the definition of entrepreneurial learning and on this basis combs the articles on entrepreneurial learning published in international first-class journals in the field of entrepreneurship in the past three years. It is found that the topics of these studies can be roughly divided into five categories: entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial strategies, subjects of entrepreneurial learning, level of entrepreneurial learning, situations of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial learning process. Based on the review of recent research, this paper sorts out the directions for future entrepreneurial learning research, including team entrepreneurial learning, longitudinal research design and deepening situational characteristics.

This paper takes college students of a private university in Western China as the research object, collects data by questionnaire and interview, and analyzes the data with SPSS software to explore the impact of informal learning on College Students' professional learning burnout in the reform of student affairs aiming at promoting students' development. The results show that there is a correlation between the two. In the informal learning of student affairs, students can actively participate in emotion, attitude and behavior by holding activities to master their own learning initiative, so as to cultivate students' basic literacy ability intentionally or unintentionally, transform students' learning ability, promote professional learning, change students' learning ability and has a positive effect on the learning burnout of college students.

This study mainly evaluated the important value of case teaching method in surgical teaching. A total of 86 cases of clinical s were studied. Due to different teaching methods, they were divided into two groups. One group of students applied the conventional teaching method, and the two groups of students applied the case teaching method. After the intervention, the theoretical knowledge, operation skills, case writing and report analysis of the two groups of students were compared,and the overall scores of the group 2 were improved compared with that of the group 1;after the intervention, the intelligence, foundation, habits, attitudes and methods of the learning ability of the two groups were compared, and the scores of the group 2 were significantly higher than those of the group 1; after the intervention, the satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared, and the group 2 higher than group 1. The result of research shows that case teaching methods are more effective, which can significantly improve students' assessment scores and enhance their learning ability.
