The Effect of College Student Affairs on College Students' Learning Burnout——A Case Study of A Private College in the West

Abstract: This paper takes college students of a private university in Western China as the research object, collects data by questionnaire and interview, and analyzes the data with SPSS software to explore the impact of informal learning on College Students' professional learning burnout in the reform of student affairs aiming at promoting students' development. The results show that there is a correlation between the two. In the informal learning of student affairs, students can actively participate in emotion, attitude and behavior by holding activities to master their own learning initiative, so as to cultivate students' basic literacy ability intentionally or unintentionally, transform students' learning ability, promote professional learning, change students' learning ability and has a positive effect on the learning burnout of college students.
