Abstract: Under the background of industrial upgrading and economic restructuring in China, the development of vocational education is an inevitable trend under the background of the deep integration of school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education, promoting the deep participation of enterprises in collaborative education, and establishing and perfecting the diversified pattern of running a school. This paper analyzes the factors in the operation and development of the "teaching, research, production and service" platform jointly built by colleges and enterprises, and establishes various mechanisms to ensure that the internal structure of the system can be improved and the external functions can be realized, so as to provide guidance for the construction of a cooperative education platform for the future and suitable for the social and economic development of modern vocational colleges.
