Abstract: Frequent resignation of disabled students after graduation has always been an employment problem that special education institutions have to face, and the disadvantage of disabled persons in competitive employment has always been the crux of achieving high-level employment for disabled persons. Whether the disabled college students can obtain the necessary barrier-free environment facilities and social services after employment is one of the vital factors to determine whether they can achieve stable employment, realize their personal value and fully participate in social production and life.
