Abstract: Positive problem consciousness and responsibility sense are not only the logical starting point and service standard of collaborative innovation in local universities, but also the important source and basic principle of scientific research in local universities. The guidance of practical problems awareness refers to the continuous promotion of collaborative innovation of local colleges and universities by focusing on the prevention, control and governance of major public health events, serving the country and the public, actively focusing on various shortcomings and deficiencies exposed in reality, and aiming at several major practical problems in the economic and social development of the region.Based on the analysis of the basic conditions, power system and organizational operation mode of local university collaborative innovation, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote local university collaborative innovation. Collaborative innovation of local colleges and universities is an eternal theme. It needs to reshape the pattern of collaborative innovation of local colleges and universities through systematic design, standardized institutional arrangement and continuous promotion.
