Abstract: Course ideological politics is a content that must be included in higher education. Course ideological politics and ideological politics courses can only play a synergistic effect when they go together in the same direction, so it is particularly urgent to improve enhance the function of casting souls and educating people. Course ideological politics should be explicit and measurable, as well as implicit and penetrative, so that the both are unified. By strengthening the construction of professional teachers and clarifying the course design methods of course ideological politics, improving the function of casting souls and educating people, so as to train qualified builders and successors of socialist undertakings.
