Innovation and Practice Research on the Construction of Teachers Team of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities

Abstract: High-quality and high-level innovative and pioneering teachers are one of the important indicators of the construction of dual-innovation education in colleges and universities. The double-pioneering teachers are the main promoters and implementers of the double-pioneering education. The construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers affects the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education. At present, the double-start education in colleges and universities is in a difficult start-up period, which is faced with the difficulties such as the lack of teachers and the low level of education. Jiangsu University of science and technology puts forward the construction plan of "five type" innovation and entrepreneurship teacher team. Relying on the maker Park and guided by entrepreneurship salon, implements project management mode, builds a collaborative platform for "five type" innovation and entrepreneurship teacher team, and improves the education level of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship teachers.
