Abstract: In order to build an all media system and promote the in-depth development of media integration, the state puts forward new requirements for all media people. In this context, in February 2020, Omnimedia Operation came into being. This paper interprets the professional attributes of Omnimedia operators in an all-round way, and creatively proposes the establishment of a "1 + X" multiple joint training system with higher vocational colleges as the leading role, undergraduate colleges and enterprises as the main body, and social forces' extensive participation. It also makes innovative discussions from three aspects: the development of training programs, the research and development of curriculum system, and the innovation of "1 + X" certificate system. In view of the possible challenges in the process of personnel training, the author also puts forward some opinions.
