County Youth' Internal Cultivation and External Factors of “Internet Plus” Entrepreneurship

Abstract: The Internet provides more convenient channels for entrepreneurs, and young people engaged in Internet entrepreneurship in county areas need not only to improve their entrepreneurial internal cultivation (entrepreneurial ability), but also to consider external factors (entrepreneurial environment). Combined with the reality of Internet entrepreneurship, from the four dimensions of learning innovation ability, opportunity decision-making ability, leadership management ability and risk tolerance ability, this paper constructs the index of young Internet entrepreneurship ability through AHP method, and then evaluates the entrepreneurship ability of CX County young entrepreneurs. Then through in-depth research and interviews, the paper analyzes the talents, capital, entrepreneurial policies and business soft environment of Internet entrepreneurship in the county. Finally, combining with the specific situation of CX County, it puts forward countermeasures for internal cultivation and external factors identify. In-depth training and one-to-one entrepreneurial guidance can quickly improve their entrepreneurial ability. The County government and departments should strive to cultivate the business environment and give full play to the entrepreneurial clustering effect to provide better innovation business environment.
