Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the application and effect of situation simulation based on inter-professional cooperation in surgical nursing teaching. Methods40 higher vocational nursing students were randomly divided into two groups. In the experimental group (20 students), cross-specialty situation simulation teaching was adopted, and the clinical and nursing professionals jointly constructed the simulation scene, and the two majors completed the situational task, while in the control group (20 students), traditional teaching method was adopted. Evaluate the teaching effect by means of theory, skill assessment and expert assessment. ResultsThe test of theory and skill of the experimental group was higher than that of the Control Group. The evaluation of Judgment Ability, strain ability, team cooperation ability and nurse-patient communication ability of the experimental group were better than that of the control group. ConclusionThrough the cooperation of different specialties to create clinical scenes, the setting of teaching scenes is more real, and the students of different specialties cooperate to complete the situation tasks, which can better reflect the role and status of the professionals in clinical work, it is beneficial for learners to better understand and master the learning content and improve the overall teaching effect.
