Abstract: The online and offline blended teaching has completely reshaped the teaching ecology of ideological and political course in universities. But at the same time, there have been alienation phenomena of the generalization of technology application and the weakening of political guidance and value shaping, and also been dilemmas of the deficiency of the ability of mixed teaching design, decision-making and supervision. Remolding the teacher's role, reconstructing the new relationship of “teacher-technology-student”, and expanding the core quality dynamically are the practical approaches to the blended teaching competence development of ideological and political course teachers in universities.
