Abstract: The arrival of the new economic normal will bring new challenges and more opportunities to China's economic development. The innovation and entrepreneurship linked by economy is facing new problems and opportunities. College students are the backbone of innovation and entrepreneurship. Under the guidance of government policies and the guidance of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities, the number of college students participating in Entrepreneurship in China is increasing year by year, but the development level of entrepreneurial competence of college students is insufficient. Based on the research of competency theory, this paper analyzes the entrepreneurial phenomenon combined with the entrepreneurial situation in China. This paper analyzes the main problems and causes of college graduates' competency in the process of entrepreneurship, and puts forward suggestions based on the perspective of internal and external factors of College Students' entrepreneurship.
