    OBE is the core concept of engineering education professional certification, which emphasizes the guidance of students' learning results and requires reverse design of teaching activities and evaluation standards. Post practice is a practical teaching form for students to participate in the production process in professional counterpart enterprises after completing basic teaching.     Two classes of 120 nursing students enrolled in 2019 were randomly selected as the control group with traditional teaching mode and two classes of 121 students as the observation group to implement the BOPPPS teaching program in a university to explore the effect of BOPPPS teaching mode in teaching of the course of medical nursing. The results show the final grades, satisfaction with teaching and critical thinking skills scores of students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (p<0.05).It indicates that the BOPPPS teaching model based on the superstar learning platform can improve students' satisfaction with teaching, cultivate students' critical thinking, and improve the teaching effectiveness of the course of medical nursing.

MethodsFrom May 2019 to May 2020, 50 students who were trained in the general department of oral cavity in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the parallel control method, they were randomly divided into the control group (n=25), and the traditional practice was implemented. The teaching method is divided into observation group (n=25), and implements MDT (Multiple Department Team) combined with OSCE (ObjectiveStructured Clinical Examination) teaching mode. Evaluate the final exam results of the two groups and the students' evaluation of the teaching effect. Taking the public welfare entrepreneurship education of Wuxi Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper puts forward that the public welfare entrepreneurship education in the new era should build a rational and practical platform, realize the multi-level integrated development of scientific innovation, special innovation, industrial innovation and ideological innovation, create a "five in one" curriculum system, multi-channel and all-dimensional empowerment, and provide favorable support for the team cultivation, project excavation and value training of college students' public welfare entrepreneurship.
