Research on Reform of Innovative Training Courses Based on Information Technology Innovation Talent Cultivation Mode

Abstract: At present, many colleges and universities in China offer innovative courses, but they are prone to problems such as not integrating professional knowledge, lagging teaching ideas, relative shortage of teachers, lacking of depth of industry-education integration and so on, which fail to achieve good teaching effects. In this paper, through the construction of online and offline hybrid teaching programs, school-enterprise cooperation, to improve students' innovative thinking, cultivate talents in innovation, enhance high-level teachers in innovation, and ultimately improve the teaching effectiveness of the course. Remarkable results have been achieved in terms of the number of students participating in the college students' innovation and entrepreneurship application, the subject competition, the number of students participating in the “Internet+” competition application and the quantity and quality of award-winning projects, after three years of practice in the School of Computer and Information Engineering and the School of Software, Tianjin Normal University.
