    High quality practical teaching is the guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality pharmaceutical applied talents. In order to achieve the high quality of practical teaching, the evaluation mechanism of practical teaching must be improved and perfected.     In view of the training objectives of big data related majors in higher vocational colleges, combined with the development requirements of the current big data industry, this paper carries out the research and design of big data operation and maintenance training teaching. Set up a big data platform using Hadoop and HBase, and deploy Prometheus framework, Pushgateway, Alertmanager, and Node_Exporter to monitor and provide early warning for the big data platform. Data visualization design was carried out through Grafana and Zabbix controls, and real-time operation and maintenance display of big data platform monitoring was completed.     Reverse engineering technology is an important way to obtain the existing product parameters and carry out rapid innovative design on this basis. In order to promote the innovation of undergraduate experiment teaching, aiming at the problem of insufficient practice and innovation ability of current graduates, the reverse modeling experiment course based on 3D scanning is established. The first step of the experiment is to scan the surface of the physical model to obtain point cloud data by EinScan-Pro 3D scanner, and then reconstructing the CAD model by Geomagic Design X. Finally, importing the model into Creo to redesign it. After the experiment, a diversified evaluation system is established to replace the original single and final evaluation system. The experiment not only helps students to get familiar with advanced parts modeling technology, but also plays an important role in improving students' innovation consciousness and engineering practice ability.

    As an important training base of colleges and universities, the engineering training center was usually used to cultivate the engineering practice abilities of undergraduates. Considering the new engineering standard and the application-oriented universities’ characteristics, the framework of engineering training center was proposed here which containers the practice teaching system as the core, practice teaching facilities as the basis, high-quality curriculums as the vector, teaching team as the key, innovative talents cultivation as the goal and management system as the guarantee. The multi-level practical teaching system was established according to the different target objects, some important issues including practice teaching platform, high-quality curriculums, teaching team, innovative talents cultivation and management system were discussed in detail.     As a core component of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, academic competitions are an important approach to enhance students’ self-learning abilities and creative thinking, as well as boost their teamwork spirit so that they can put the technical expertise they have learned to practice. In addition, students’ achievements in academic competitions are an explicit evaluation indicator commonly used in the recruitment for fresh graduates by companies and interviews for further study among colleges and universities. Promoting the integration of professional teaching and academic competitions is not only in line with Chinese policies, but also follows the development trend of the era. To this end, cooperative optimization should be emphasized in the process of cultivating professional talents which aims to improve the teaching process, establish a system for talent cultivation by academic competitions, and expand the connectivity among undergraduate education, industries, and research. Based on the status quo of cultivation of undergraduate students in local colleges and universities, the paper expounded on the talent cultivation system combining professional teaching and academic competitions as well as clarified the requirements on integration of teaching resources in the process of implementing the combined talent cultivation system.     Innovation and entrepreneurship education and curriculum ideological and political teaching are the key tasks of talent training in engineering colleges and universities. Exploring the integration mode of the two in the existing training system can lay a foundation for improving the quality of talent training. As an important part of engineering education, professional curriculum is the most direct carrier for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability and curriculum ideological and political education. Based on the analysis of the overall objectives of innovation and entrepreneurship education and curriculum ideological and political teaching of automation specialty, this paper analyzes the core curriculum network of automation specialty according to network subnet node, divides the core curriculum network of automation specialty into four subnets, and classifies the node courses.     STEM education (science-technology-engineering-mathematics) is an innovative comprehensive education that integrates multiple disciplines. This paper investigates the impact of project-based curriculum (PBL) STEM on the academic achievements and career interests of technical college students. This study applied a single group of pretest-posttest quasi-experimental research method, and the subjects of the study were 15 students of the 2-3 grades at the technical skill club of Applied Biology department of the technical college. Two types of tests: STEM Academic Achievement Test (STEM-AAT) and STEM Career Interest Scale (STEM-CIS) were applied in this study, and pretest and posttest were taken before and after the course started, the results were calculated. The results of the research showed that students’ academic achievements in the biological experimental course have been significantly improved, and their interest in future careers has also developed in a positive direction.
