Application of BOPPPS Based on Superstar Learning Platform in Teaching of Medical Nursing

Abstract: Two classes of 120 nursing students enrolled in 2019 were randomly selected as the control group with traditional teaching mode and two classes of 121 students as the observation group to implement the BOPPPS teaching program in a university to explore the effect of BOPPPS teaching mode in teaching of the course of medical nursing. The results show the final grades, satisfaction with teaching and critical thinking skills scores of students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (p<0.05).It indicates that the BOPPPS teaching model based on the superstar learning platform can improve students' satisfaction with teaching, cultivate students' critical thinking, and improve the teaching effectiveness of the course of medical nursing.
