Abstract: ObjectiveTo analyze the value of applying MDT combined with OSCE teaching method in the teaching of regular dental training physicians. MethodsFrom May 2019 to May 2020, 50 students who were trained in the general department of oral cavity in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the parallel control method, they were randomly divided into the control group (n=25), and the traditional practice was implemented. The teaching method is divided into observation group (n=25), and implements MDT (Multiple Department Team) combined with OSCE (ObjectiveStructured Clinical Examination) teaching mode. Evaluate the final exam results of the two groups and the students' evaluation of the teaching effect. ResultsThe observation group's final examination results (judgment of auxiliary examination results, basic skills of auxiliary examination, doctor-patient communication and clinical examination, case writing, case analysis, public skills, general dental and technical skills) were better than those of the control group , P<0.05; The observation group's students' evaluation of teaching effect (basic knowledge mastery, learning interest cultivation, thinking cultivation, clinical problem solving, communication and cooperation and teaching satisfaction) was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. ConclusionThe application of MDT combined with OSCE teaching mode in the teaching of general dental general practitioners can not only effectively improve the students' performance, but also have significant effects in improving the overall quality and general thinking ability, and it can also provide timely and accurate feedback.
