Research on the Quality Evaluation System of Post Practice Based on OBE

Abstract: OBE is the core concept of engineering education professional certification, which emphasizes the guidance of students' learning results and requires reverse design of teaching activities and evaluation standards. Post practice is a practical teaching form for students to participate in the production process in professional counterpart enterprises after completing basic teaching. The traditional quality evaluation model lacks diversified evaluation indicators and process assessment, which is difficult to objectively reflect the effect of students' post practice. Taking the OBE concept as the core, this paper explores the construction of a post practice quality evaluation system with diversified evaluation subjects and evaluation indicators, so as to achieve the purpose of objectively and truly evaluating the effect of post practice, contribute to the optimization and improvement of each stage of post practice, and provide reference ideas and methods for the quality evaluation of post practice in colleges and universities.
