Abstract: In the era of "Internet+", the macroeconomics class in colleges and universities must be in line with the era of data and information. From teachers' pre class mining of teaching databases, classroom use of data information for discussion, and after class use of the Internet platform to feedback and improve the teaching effect, the Internet is fully integrated into every link of the classroom. At the same time, the reform of higher education requires promoting the connotative development of higher education and improving its quality, structure, level and comprehensive benefits. In order to meet the requirements of higher education reform and cultivate innovative economic talents, the teaching reform of macroeconomics has become an inevitable trend. With the help of "Internet+", this paper improves the teaching quality of macroeconomics through the innovation of teaching concepts, teaching methods, curriculum assessment, the extension and expansion of teaching content and other aspects, so as to more effectively cultivate students' innovation and comprehensive quality and improve the teaching quality of macroeconomics courses.
