Exploration on the Reform of College Students' Employment Guidance Course

Abstract: In the domestic environment of stabilizing and promoting employment, colleges and universities should conduct in-depth discussions and analysis on the current employment guidance courses such as "insufficient teaching content and hours", "the professionalism of teaching teachers needs to be improved", and "single teaching methods" in the context of the development of the new era. Aiming at these problems existing in the employment guidance course, this paper proposes a reform plan from the aspects of improving the teaching content, increasing the teaching hours, improving the professional and technical level of the teachers, changing the students' role awareness to play the main role of the students, and innovating the teaching methods of the employment guidance course, in order to estabish a long-term mechanism for curriculum reform to explore.
