Abstract: Compared with other courses, the course of tourism management has the characteristics of strong practicality and many operation links. The course of "bar service and management" is a professional elective course of tourism management. After the adoption of online and offline hybrid teaching reform, it not only solves the problems of theoretical teaching, less practical operation time and poor practical ability of students, it also solves the problem that a single assessment method cannot comprehensively investigate the teaching problems in the whole process of students' learning. With the goal of creating a "gender once" golden course standard, reconstruct the teaching content and assessment methods, combine various teaching concepts such as micro teaching, contextual teaching and formative evaluation with the teaching mode, and create an online and offline hybrid "golden course" teaching mode, which is conducive for the course reform.
