    The Influence of Health Education Based on MCAT Mode to the Cognition Behavior of Breast Cancer Screening among Vocational Nursing Students

    Objective To explore the influence of health education based on MCAT mode to enhance the cognition and behavior of breast cancer screening among female students in medical occupation colleges, and to provide reference for teaching and breast cancer screening. Methods A total of 126 vocational nursing students were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 63 in each group. According to the results of the questionnaire survey on the status quo of breast cancer screening among nursing students, the contents of health education related to knowledge and skills were designed. The control group was given routine health education. The study group was divided into four steps based on the MCAT mode and health education was conducted. 3 months after health education, a questionnaire survey was conducted. The cognition and behavior status of breast cancer screening among the two groups were compared. Results The cognition and behavior evaluation of breast cancer screening after health education in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Health education based on MCAT mode can effectively improve the cognition level of breast cancer screening for nursing students, and promote the implementation of breast cancer screening behavior, which is worthy of popularization and application.

    In order to solve the problems in the process of talent training in construction machinery field, such as low enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship in difficult areas and industries, low comprehensive practical ability of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship and insufficient collaborative effect of education and so on.     With the increasing influence of engineering factors,also puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of high-level applied talents. Combined with the training characteristics of engineering degree postgraduates in our university, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training process of engineering degree postgraduates, and suggestions a new idea of practical teaching mode based on the integration of industry and education.     Innovation and entrepreneurship course is the main body of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and the evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education course lies in the effectiveness.This study takes the mobile hybrid innovation and entrepreneurship education course opened by Guangdong Second Normal University as an example, and conducts the effectiveness of the process element evaluation and analysis course of the innovation and entrepreneurship courses based on the MOOC course evaluation model.Through the questionnaire survey, it was found that the students had a good investment in the course, and the overall process evaluation was high.However, there are also deficiencies in curriculum content arrangement and teaching design.     The joint training base is an important carrier of cultivating innovation and practice for the professional degree students.     Objective To discuss and study the value role of using microlearning-based flipped classroom model in the teaching of restorative dentistry theory class. Methods Sixty-eight undergraduate dental students of our university in the class of 2018 were included in the study, and were divided into two groups using the random assignment method - the control group (receiving the traditional teaching method) and the observation group (receiving the microlearning-based flipped classroom teaching method) - to compare the students' performance in the theoretical dental prosthodontics class as well as the changes in the passing rate, the students' The students were satisfied with the teaching activities.     Based on the analysis of the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship in Chinese universities, it was found that students do not have a comprehensive understanding of the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship, teachers lack experience in guiding students, and schools provide insufficient support for students' innovation and entrepreneurship projects. The work starts from the theory and practice of "maker education" in Sichuan Technology and Business University and its promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship practice projects. Taking the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Project of Sichuan Technology and Business University as a sample, this work introduces the innovative and entrepreneurial practice path of college students, and provides a certain reference for similar colleges and universities to carry out innovative and entrepreneurial practice.
