At present, the talent training in higher vocational colleges is based on skills. However, talents are not only required to have skilled operating technical ability, but also need to have certain innovative awareness, be able to find and solve problems, and realize the technological innovation and industrial upgrading in the actual production process of enterprises. In view of the current urgent need for the innovative and skilled talents in higher vocational colleges, it is more and more important to build and improve the new training model of "research assistants". Moreover, there is still a certain gap with the expectations of enterprises in terms of the current training effect. This paper analyzes the problems and deficiencies existing in the training mode of research assistants in higher vocational colleges, finds out the reasons for the weak awareness of teachers' cultivating student, the lack of corresponding incentive mechanisms, and the single model of students' innovation and training. Finally,the systematic and planned evaluation and incentive systems in higher vocational colleges is explored to promote the high-quality output of scientific research results and the smooth implementation of innovative education projects.

Based on the demand for talents in the development of mineral resources exploration and exploitation, the direction of geoscience instrument combined with its own scientific research advantages, explored the mixed practical teaching path of "ladder-type research feedback" and "online and offline". Based on the scientific research achievements of "ECUTRES-III 3D Resistivity Imaging System" and according to the learning ability of undergraduate students at different stages, the four-layer step-by-step cultivation of "basic cognition-systematic training-field combat-social expansion" was implemented. Integrating "online and offline" teaching methods, it built a practice platform of "thinking-learning-doing-using" for students. The practical results show that the model can effectively promote the scientific research feedback in teaching, and provide experience and reference for the cultivation of innovative and applied talents in the new era.

The precise selection and training of entrepreneur is the basis for the enterprises. Based on the data of the China’s science and technology statistics, and the idea of “enterprise innovation to entrepreneur”, a system for entrepreneur with the characteristics of “two abilities and two consciousness” was constructed. The results shows that the ability of financing management, the ability to integrate technical resources, the awareness of intellectual property creation and the awareness of serving the country, society and people are the four most important factors which affect the entrepreneur. In addition, young entrepreneur and those with a college degree should be pay more attention by the vocational education. This research provides an entry point for the selection and cultivation for the entrepreneur.

Fragmented learning suffers from a lack of systematic knowledge and a superficial level of learning. This paper proposes a new anchor-based teaching model in a fragmented learning environment based on anchor-based learning theory. The results of an empirical study of 381 students in five years of civil engineering from 2016 to 2020 show that the reconstructive effect of "anchor" can effectively link fragmented knowledge to build a knowledge network. In addition, the catalytic effect of "anchor" can motivate students to extend their existing research content and form new projects in deep fragmented learning. The new model outperforms the traditional teaching model in innovation training outcomes and final exam results in civil engineering materials.

In order to fully understand the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local medical colleges, a sample survey was conducted from September to November in 2020 for different grades and majors in Shanxi Medical University. The results show that from the school level, the top-level design and overall development of the school are relatively good, and the participation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship competition has achieved remarkable results. From the perspective of students, there is still a certain gap between the overall satisfaction of entrepreneurship and innovation education and the ideal satisfaction of the university. From the social perspective, the government provides policy support and enterprises provide funds and technology to support the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in schools. This suggests that universities and colleges should play a leading role in cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and curriculum system of entrepreneurship and innovation education, especially promote the integrated development of entrepreneurship and innovation education and professional education.

Objective
To study the effectiveness of problem based learning (PBL) on oral and maxillofacial surgery bedside teaching rounds, and to determine the value of PBL for clinical teaching.
Method
100 interns who paticipated our oral and maxillofacial surgery bedside teaching rounds between December2019 and December 2021 were selected, and then assigned into 2 groups equally (study group who were given PBL teaching rounds and control group with conventional teaching method). Interns' satisfaction about teaching method was measured by questionnaires and clinical abilities were reviewed by testing score.
Result
Control group satisfaction score was lower than study group, scored lower in clinical ablilities test (

Conclusion
Implementing problem based learning on oral and maxillofacial surgery bedside teaching rounds led to higher intern satisfaction score and higher testing score.

The ecosystem of entrepreneurship education is a unity formed by the interaction and interdependence between entrepreneurship education and the surrounding ecological environment through information flow, incentive guarantee, radiation and drive within a certain time and space. In recent years, with the reform of efficient innovation and entrepreneurship teaching practice, major breakthroughs have been made in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in colleges and universities. However, some schools still have problems such as incomplete curriculum system and urgent need to enrich teachers, which affect the actual effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education. A survey was conducted on 493 medical students using the Entrepreneurial Motivation Scale to analysis the data and to provide response strategies to motivate medical students to carry out innovative entrepreneurship. The results showed that medical students' entrepreneurial motivation scores were 3.37±0.83; 3.41±0.86 for risk-taking, 3.46±0.88 for self-actualization, 3.51±0.93 for pursuing fame and wealth, and 3.11±0.89 for social support in each dimension; there were significant differences (
