Research on the Training Mode of Top-Notch Innovative Talents for Multidisciplinary Graduate Students—— Taking Structural Wind Engineering as an Example

Abstract: Structural wind engineering is an interdisciplinary field involving fluid mechanics, aerodynamics, structural engineering and engineering management. This study explores the cultivation mode of top-notch innovative talents for interdisciplinary postgraduates by constructing the research contents including multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge system, instructor team and guidance system, multi-mode complementary scientific research environment, multi-level academic exchange platform and school-enterprise joint training mode. It focuses on the mechanism of cultivating top-notch talents for graduate students with interdisciplinary integration.
