Practice Research on Software Project Management Teaching Reform Centered on Engineering Capability

Abstract: Software project management is the core course of software engineering major, which aims to enable students to learn and master the theoretical knowledge of software project management and have the ability of software project management. To train high-quality software management personnel as the course orientation, the traditional software project management course teaching mode, to adapt to the current society's need for high-quality talents in the field of software engineering management, the author will according to the professional training scheme and teaching goal, the course of software project management teaching Objectives, teaching methods, examining ways to explore, put forward on the basis of teamwork. The "2+1+5+2" assessment mode is centered on engineering ability and driven by software engineering project to reform the teaching mode of software project management.
