    At present, universities in China generally have the problems of imperfect cultivation mechanism of postgraduates' dual-innovation and unsatisfactory performance of postgraduates' entrepreneurship, and how to optimize the dual-innovation cultivation platform by feedback through evaluation mechanism has an important impact on improving the cultivation performance of postgraduates.     Colleges and universities have gradually carried out the public course "career development and employment guidance for college students" for more than ten years. In the specific implementation process, there are some problems, such as mainly theoretical explanation, low student s' participation and interaction, and less student s' harvest. Career group counseling activities of interactive, inquiry, participation help to supplement the shortage of college students career planning course, this study attempts to integrate career group counseling into college career planning courses, using questionnaire, experiment, measurement, case interview method and so on, carry out comparison and interview before and after 20 college students assistance. The results show that after group guidance, students are better than before in career interest, ability evaluation, career decision-making and goal stability. Through case interviews, it is found that the interest of group guidance dispels the boring behavior in the classroom, the playfulness of group guidance stimulates students' potential, and the interaction of group guidance helps students clarify their goals. In short, the integration of career group guidance into career planning courses improves students' sense of participation and acquisition in the classroom.

    ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of practice guided teaching method in the practice teaching of tuina. MethodsThe students majoring in acupuncture and tuina from grade 2018 (92 students) and grade 2019 (65 students) in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the traditional teaching method and practical guided teaching method were adopted in the tuina teaching activities. Students' learning effect and evaluation of the course are analyzed. ResultsThe clinical skills test scores and final exam scores of the two groups were compared, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The degree of satisfaction of traditional teaching group was 76.1%, and that of practical guided teaching group was 87.3%. ConclusionCompared with the traditional teaching method, the practice-guided teaching method applied in tuina teaching activities is beneficial to alleviate the disconnection between theory and practice, and has significant advantages in cultivating students' clinical thinking and improving their clinical hands-on ability.     The objective of the study was to analyze and evaluate the application effect of improving scientific research and clinical ability of medical undergraduates based on animal disease model construction. A rat model of cavernous nerve injury related erectile dysfunction was established by medical undergraduates in the early stage to evaluate its influence on the students' scientific research and clinical ability. At the same time, a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate students' satisfaction with the teaching model. After the construction of animal disease model, the students' scientific research ability was significantly improved (28.69±2.46 vs 22.38±3.37, P < 0.01). Also, the clinical ability of surgical hand washing (8.12±1.07 vs 5.81±0.75, P < 0.01), suture and knotting (45.38±5.66 vs 36.96±4.60, P < 0.01) were significantly improved, respectively. The satisfaction survey shows that most students believe the teaching mode can effectively improve their scientific research and clinical level. The animal disease model training can effectively improve the scientific research and clinical ability of medical undergraduates, and has been recognized by the students.

    ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of TWT teaching mode in the standardized training of new undergraduate nurses in ICU. Methodsa total of 68 newly admitted undergraduate nurses in ICU from July 2017 to July 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group (34) and control group (34) according to the enrollment sequence. The experimental group adopted the TWT teaching training mode, and the control group adopted the traditional training mode. Six months later, the two groups of nurses were assessed in nursing theory, operation skills, comprehensive ability, critical thinking ability and other aspects, and the results were statistically analyzed. ResultsAfter the comparison of the two teaching modes, the scores of nurses in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group in terms of academic performance, comprehensive ability and critical thinking ability (P < 0.05).     The social practice activity of "Three Trips To the Countryside" is an important form and beneficial supplement of practical teaching in colleges and universities. Carrying out the social practice of "Three Trips To the Countryside" based on professional characteristics is an important part of the ideological and political education of college students, and it is also an effective way to expand professional quality. This paper discusses the problems existing in the practice teaching of college students' social practice of "Three Trips to the Countryside" , and taking the social practice of "Three Trips To the Countryside" in summer vacation of medical experimental technology major of Guangxi Medical University as an example, analyzes the practice and effect of its "Three Trips to the Countryside" social practice, then puts forward approachs to incorporate the social practice of "Three Trips to the Countryside" into practical teaching, such as establishing an integrated mechanism for teaching management and student management, creating a professional brand, and strengthening the construction of practice bases.

    In 2014, China put forward the call of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation". The fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee proposed to accelerate the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy. College students caused a wave of innovation and entrepreneurship.     The construction of specialized innovation integration courses is related to the sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship education, which is an important link to promote the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education. This paper takes the course material processing technology as an example to explore the course construction of innovation and integration. According to the course characteristic, we redesigned the course content and improved the course implementation process with diversification methods. Building an entrepreneurial team and course evaluation mechanism in line with the cultivation of entrepreneurship to enhance students` ability of innovation and practice.
