Abstract: A survey was conducted on 493 medical students using the Entrepreneurial Motivation Scale to analysis the data and to provide response strategies to motivate medical students to carry out innovative entrepreneurship. The results showed that medical students' entrepreneurial motivation scores were 3.37±0.83; 3.41±0.86 for risk-taking, 3.46±0.88 for self-actualization, 3.51±0.93 for pursuing fame and wealth, and 3.11±0.89 for social support in each dimension; there were significant differences (p<0.05) among students of different grades, majors, and family economic status in each dimension. Therefore, universities should adopt corresponding entrepreneurial support countermeasures to motivate students' entrepreneurial motivation and improve their entrepreneurial intentions according to different grades, majors, and family economic status in order to promote students' innovative entrepreneurial behavior.
