Research on the Cultivation Path of "Double-Qualified" Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

Abstract: Higher vocational colleges serve regional economic development and promote industrial transformation and upgrading, which is inseparable from the main force of "double-qualified" teachers. This paper first analyzes the connotation and current situation of "double-qualified" teachers from the perspective of industry-education integration, and then discusses the cultivation path of "double-qualified" teachers. On the basis of the integration of industry and education, this paper proposes to train a group of high-quality "double-qualified" teachers from various measures such as enriching the induction training, perfecting the introduction system, setting up the evaluation and incentive system, and broadening the training channels, so as to improve the quality of talent training.
