The measurement of the temperature increase of the common rail (CR) injector is the focus of the experimental teaching of testing technology in the power engineering specialty. To explore the application and effect of mixed reality in surgical training of standard course for resident. From january 2018 to february 2022, the students of standardized training in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were taught with hybrid reality technology assistance (group A, 42 people) and traditional teaching (group B, 42 people), teaching effect was compared between two groups. The sub-specialty theory test of group A was similar to those of group B, while the results of phased operation test was better than those of group B, and the satisfaction of group A is higher than that of group B. Mixed reality technology assisted surgical teaching contributed to increase the learning interest of trainees and improve the assessment results of surgical operation. Its effective implementation requires the establishment of sufficient hybrid reality scene database, the full training of teachers, and the combination of mixed reality technique with surgical video and practical operation may further give play to the advantages of this teaching method. The strength of college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial practice abilities is one of the important ways to evaluate the quality of innovative, interdisciplinary and applied talents cultivated during college in the new era. Based on the cultivation status and importance, this paper combines Solomon's learning style theory to analyze the basic requirements in cultivating college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial practice abilities and thereby proposes the constructed paths from the perspectives of students, surroundings and educational resources integration, hoping the reference suggestions provided can better promote college students' innovation and entrepreneurship practice education systematically.

It is very important for college students to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship practice relying on business incubation platform. Aiming at the current practical problems such as imperfect management and insufficient endogenous power of incubation platform, this paper suggests that colleges and universities should actively build the service quality system of the platform, stimulate the endogenous power of "production, learning, research, transformation and innovation", form a new path of "1+5+N" connotation improvement, form a new engine of college entrepreneurship incubation platform, and solve relevant problems. It provides all-round services for teachers and students, teaching, transformation of service projects, transformation and upgrading of regional industries, and boosts high quality employment of graduates.
