Abstract: The deepening of teaching reform in colleges and universities, higher requirements are put forward for teaching management in colleges and universities, and the importance of teaching secretary is becoming increasingly prominent in teaching management in colleges and universities. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of teaching management in colleges and universities, we must strengthen the construction of teaching secretaries in colleges and universities. In this research, the nature and work content of teaching secretary in university teaching management are analyzed, and the role of teaching secretary in university teaching management is expounded, and the countermeasures of building teaching secretary team in university teaching management are put forward, that is, the aim is to further improve the level of teaching secretary team and give full play to its positive role in teaching management, so as to continuously improve the level of university teaching management and provide guarantee for the development of university education and teaching.
