Abstract: College employment is always facing new changes and challenges. At present, the exploration of full cooperation in college students' employment guidance and vocational education has achieved good results, and many regions and colleges are actively exploring the work mode in line with the characteristics of their own regions and schools. This paper combines the practical experience of some universities and regions, deeply analyzes the mode of employment guidance for full-time teachers, the practice of cooperation in employment work among colleges and universities in the region, and the cooperation between colleges and universities and social organizations, so as to provide strong support for colleges and universities in various regions to find suitable work mode.
