Abstract: Taking Hengshui Vocational and Technical College as an example, aiming at major problems such as the cultivation of applied and compound innovative talents, based on the needs of Hengshui regional economic and social development, aiming at cultivating applied and compound innovative talents and serving regional industrial development, this paper explores new models and mechanisms of entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher vocational colleges, and promotes the reform of entrepreneurship and innovation education model, form a five in one innovation and entrepreneurship education ecological chain of "building a platform, emphasizing innovation, strengthening services, producing results and educating talents", and promote the diversified and coordinated innovation and development of the government, universities, enterprises and industries.
