Composite Talent Cultivation for Rail Transit Oriented to Industry Management

Abstract

Abstract: With the rapid development of urban rail transit, the requirements and standards of relevant professional talent cultivation are also improving. In order to cultivate composite talents oriented to industry management, each stage and each link of the cultivation system should be coordinated with the development of rail transit industry. This paper discusses the contents to be optimized and the teaching methods to be dynamically adjusted in the cultivation system from the planning and design module, engineering technology module, system equipment module and operation management module respectively, which will provide some references to improve the quality of talent cultivation in urban rail transit related industries.
