Abstract: Food analysis is the core course of food science and engineering. This course has formed an industry education integration mode through joint preparation of syllabus, joint preparation of school-based textbooks, joint undertaking of course teaching, joint construction of industry education integration base, joint training of teachers, etc. through practice, students have mastered the basic theoretical knowledge of food analysis, the ability of independent analysis and detection, and developed good professional quality, the quality of education and teaching was further improved. Strengthening the construction of food analysis industry education integration course provides a certain reference for promoting the development of local application-oriented universities and cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents.
