Abstract: Employment guidance based on career planning can further improve the pertinence and effectiveness of employment guidance from the perspective of the realization of students' self-value and the development of their career, so as to improve the employment rate of college students and solve employment problems smoothly. This paper first summarizes the career planning to improve university students' employment ability is the positive impact, then points out the common errors existing in the present college students' career planning, on this basis, respectively from the aspects of building thoroughly, full employment guidance mode, put forward the play a role of employment guidance and support the feasibility of the college students' career development advice, it provides reference for the reform of employment guidance courses in colleges and universities.
